The 555 Tag…
I was tagged by Anjali some time ago. I was a bit busy and hence the delay. So here goes:
5 Unique Things Found in My Room
- A set of Lego Bionicle Action Figures
- Books
- A clock in the shape of a car wheel
- Two waste bins
- A few stems of the lucky bamboo—to add little of greenery inside the room
5 Unique Things Found on My Desk (Since I don’t have a bag, I have chosen Desk)
- A small statue of Virgin Mary
- A pack of John Player Special (JPS) cigarettes . Not for smoking. But just for old time’s sake. I throw it away when the expiry date is over and will buy a new pack.
- About 200 pencils of different colors and lengths. I love seeing pencils.
- A small bottle of Axe oil for minor aches and pains and a stick of Aloe Lips
- My Moleskine notebook
5 Unique Things Found in My Wallet
- A small paper cutting that contains the news with my name—the first time my name appeared in print media—List of B. Tech Rank Holders
- My TCS ID card
- My 3 pervious visiting cards—one for each company that I worked
- 3 Feng Shui coins that a friend gave me
- A Million Dollar Bill that my friend Larry Lee of Cybernation gave me
I request anyone who is interested to take up this tag

Alexis, I have always been amused at how you collect color pencils. Thanks to all ur blogs, which I read and re-read, I have started thinking of collecting color pencils myself.

Friend: Thanks, hope you enjoy the Moleskines…
Anurekha: Thanks and wishing you the same.
Friend: I like pencils…used to write only with pencils. But I collect just because I love to see them.
Mishmash!: Cigarette, I have stopped smoking 10 years back. But some I can’t let go the habit…So it for old times sake…
madhu: Thank you madhu and it is Alexis
Bindhu: Wish you the same. One advantage with lucky bamboo is that no care is required. Jut pour some water once in a while; and it looks very nice.
Quills: Thanks and wishing you the same.
Raghav: They are mine… Bought long time back and it is not suitable for kids, lots of small components. And I too wish you a merry Xmas and happy New Year.

Quite a few pieces of nostalgia you have! That felt nice to read. Even I have that Feng Shui bamboo, someone gifted to me for my birthday.
Wishing you miracles this New Year

Reshmi: No I don’t want to add to my pencil collection. Now I only add very exotic pieces as storage is a becoming a problem.
Anju: Thanks for the wishes. I bought a couple of lucky bamboo arrangements and then planted them and now I have a lot of bamboo plants and I take the stems from them. This way I can twist them into any shape I want and don’t have to pay a fortune for a little greenery
